- Before starting your ticket, please make sure you have your item number, serial number, and date of purchase available.
- Please be aware that if you are seeking a product refund, you will need to contact the distributor from whom you purchased the product. LW Scientific can only refund equipment purchased directly from us.
- For non-warranty repairs, we charge a $70 inspection fee, which includes a return label for US returns. A repair quotation will be sent for your approval before repairs are completed.
