Purpose

This work instruction describes the process for replacing the MXU Motor Control Board. These repair instructions are valid for revision C MXU Digital Centrifuges.

• Needle Nose Pliers

Summary of Process

The repair procedure involves removing the centrifuge's rotor and base plate, disconnecting and replacing the motor control board, and then reassembling the unit. The new board also needs to be programmed before the unit is fully reassembled and its functionality is verified.
