Purpose

This document describes the procedure for replacing the E8 Lid Latch. These instructions are valid for E8V rev F, E8F rev D, and E8T rev F.

Required Equipment

• Latch (Part # 100073)
• Cam Latch; 1.5” (Part # 100473)
• #1 Screwdriver
• Loc-Tite Blue 425
• Hios CL-6500 electric driver with #3 Phillips screwdriver bit

The procedure involves confirming all components are present, opening the lid, removing the old latch, and installing the new one.
